What you'll do...

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ensure the area is clean and ready for members.

• Receive and stock merchandise, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.

• Understand and prepare produce according to established standards.

• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.

• Drive performance of the area, use digital tools, and eliminate waste.

• Model high-quality service and products, and exhibit energy and commitment.

• Comply with company policies and procedures, and adapt to change.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Preferred qualifications include experience with produce and strong communication skills.
