Position Summary

What You'll Do

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service.
• Work in other areas as needed to track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Understand the processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce merchandise.
• Prepare products according to established standards, ensuring product safety and following company sanitation guidelines.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Drive the performance of the area by utilizing digital tools and managing inventory.
• Eliminate waste and guide peers while addressing customer needs.
• Model high-quality service and products, advocating for the department and the club.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
• Adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Experience with produce and a passion for quality and freshness.
• Comfortable with change and quick adaptation to different work scenarios.
• Curiosity and creativity to drive change through out-of-the-box thinking.
• Effective communication skills to positively influence team members.
