What you'll do...
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and greet members.
Ensure a clean and member-ready area by receiving and stocking merchandise.
Manage inventory to avoid out-of-stock and overstock situations.
Drive area performance by setting a positive example and addressing customer needs.
Model high-quality service and products, advocating for the department and the club.
Comply with company policies and procedures, using the Open Door Policy, and applying them in daily operations.
Complete work assignments and prioritize tasks using policies, data, and resources.
Adapt to changes, difficulties, and feedback, and learn from them.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Experience with produce.
