What you'll do...
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service.
Work in other areas as needed to track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
Understand and prepare products according to established standards.
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates.
Drive the performance of the area by utilizing digital tools and managing inventory.
Be an advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience and demonstrating high-quality service and products.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapt to change.
