What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Stay updated on products, collaborate with teams, provide customer service, and assist in other areas as needed.
• Be an Expert: Understand produce quality processes and specifications, prepare products according to standards, and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to improve sales, shopping experiences, and associate engagement, and adapt to new technologies.
• Be an Owner: Lead the area, manage inventory, ensure quality and date control, and address customer needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, and demonstrate energy and commitment.
• Comply with company policies and standards, and complete work assignments efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
