What you'll do...
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and greet members.
Ensure a clean and member-ready area by receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining inventory, and controlling shrinkage.
Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates.
Drive area performance by using digital tools, managing inventory, and addressing customer needs.
Model high-quality service and products, advocating for the department and the club.
Comply with company policies and procedures, and participate in training and assessments.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
A passion for and experience with produce.
Experience with digital tools and technology.
Ability to communicate effectively and positively influence team members.
