What you'll do...
Be a Team Member: Stay updated on products, collaborate with teams, provide customer service, and adapt to changing work scenarios.
Be an Expert: Understand produce quality, prepare products according to standards, and follow sanitation guidelines.
Be a Techie: Use digital tools to improve sales, shopping experience, and associate engagement.
Be an Owner: Lead the area, manage inventory, ensure quality and date control, and address customer needs.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, and demonstrate energy and commitment.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred: Experience with produce, strong communication skills, and ability to adapt to different work scenarios.

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00* with potential additional premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
