What you'll do...
Be a Team Member: Stay updated on products, collaborate with teams, provide customer service, and adapt to changing work scenarios.
Be an Expert: Understand produce quality processes and specifications, prepare products according to standards, and follow sanitation guidelines.
Be a Techie: Use digital tools to improve sales, shopping experiences, and associate engagement, and adapt to new technologies.
Be an Owner: Lead the area, manage inventory, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, and address customer needs.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, and exhibit enthusiasm and commitment.
Comply with company policies and standards, and complete work assignments efficiently.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred qualifications include experience with produce and strong communication skills.
Pay & Benefits
Competitive hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00* Additional compensation may be provided based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Benefits include health, financial, and paid time off packages, as well as educational programs and discounts.
