Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools for sales, improving the shopping experience, and engaging associates; use handheld technology for immediate decisions.
Be an Owner: Lead the area, manage inventory, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, and address customer needs.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, and execute the basics at the highest level.
