What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Stay updated on products, collaborate with teams, provide customer service, and adapt to changing work scenarios.
• Be an Expert: Understand produce quality processes and specifications, prepare products according to standards, and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools for sales, improving the shopping experience, and engaging associates; use handheld technology for immediate decisions.
• Be an Owner: Lead the area, manage inventory, ensure quality and date controls, eliminate waste, guide peers, and address customer needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, and execute tasks with energy and commitment.
• Comply with company policies and standards, and participate in training and assessments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
