What you'll do...

• Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance, manage inventory, maintain quality and date control standards, eliminate waste, guide peers, and address customer needs.
