Position Summary

Your responsibilities include making decisions about produce quality, ensuring availability, cleanliness, and freshness, and enhancing the shopping experience.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
  • Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service.
  • Work in other areas as needed, tracking goods, maintaining in-stock levels, and controlling shrinkage.

  • Understand the processes and specifications related to produce quality.
  • Prepare products according to established standards.
  • Maintain product safety and follow company sanitation guidelines.
  • Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality.

  • Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
  • Utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
  • Adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  • Drive the performance of the area.
  • Use digital tools.
  • Stock and rotate department products.
  • Ensure quality and date control standards.
  • Eliminate waste.
  • Guide peers and provide attention to customer needs.
