What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Stay updated on products, collaborate with teams, provide customer service, and adapt to changing work scenarios.
• Be an Expert: Understand produce quality processes and specifications, prepare products according to standards, and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experiences, and engage associates; utilize handheld technology for immediate decisions.
• Be an Owner: Lead the area, manage inventory, ensure quality and date controls, eliminate waste, guide peers, and address customer needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, and execute basic tasks at the highest quality.
• Comply with company policies and standards, and complete work assignments and priorities.
