What You'll Do
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
- Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service.
- Work in other areas as needed to track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
- Understand the processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce merchandise.
- Prepare products according to established standards, ensuring product safety and following company sanitation guidelines.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates.
- Drive the performance of the area by utilizing digital tools and perpetual inventory management techniques.
- Ensure quality and date control standards, eliminate waste, guide peers, and assist customers according to company policies.
- Be an advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience and modeling high-quality service and products.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.

Pay and Schedule
The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00* with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
