Position Summary

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, collaborate with teams, provide customer service, and adapt to changing work scenarios.
• Be an Expert: Understand and prepare produce according to established standards, ensure product safety, and adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
• Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance, manage inventory, maintain quality and date control, eliminate waste, guide peers, and address customer needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service and products, and execute the basics at the highest level of quality.
• Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; complete work assignments and prioritize tasks.
