What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products; collaborate with cross-functional teams; provide customer service; and work in other areas as needed.
- Be an Expert: Understand and prepare produce according to established standards; adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools for sales, improving the shopping experience, and engaging associates; utilize handheld technology for immediate decisions.
- Be an Owner: Drive area performance; use inventory management techniques; eliminate waste; guide peers; and assist customers.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department; model high-quality service and products; execute basics at highest quality; and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.
- Comply with company policies and standards; complete work assignments; and adapt to change.
