What you'll do...
Be a Team Member: Stay updated on products, collaborate with teams, provide customer service, and adapt to changing work scenarios.
Be an Expert: Understand produce quality processes and specifications, prepare products according to standards, and follow sanitation guidelines.
Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experiences, and engage associates; utilize handheld technology for immediate decisions.
Be an Owner: Lead the area, manage inventory, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, guide peers, and address customer needs.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, and execute the basics at the highest level of quality.
Comply with company policies and procedures, implement action plans, and apply ethical standards in business processes.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Additional compensation may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
