Position Summary

What You'll Do

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service.
• Work in other areas as needed, tracking goods, maintaining in-stock levels, and controlling shrinkage.
• Understand the processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce merchandise.
• Prepare products according to established standards, maintaining product safety, and following company sanitation guidelines.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Drive the performance of the area by utilizing digital tools, managing inventory, and ensuring quality and date control standards.
• Guide peers and provide attention to customer needs.
• Assist customers according to company policies and procedures.
• Be an advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience and modeling high-quality service and products.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
• Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
• Carry out tasks, communicate progress and information, determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.
