Position Summary
Our members value quality and freshness in their produce purchases. As a produce team member, you play a crucial role in ensuring these qualities are met and enhancing the shopping experience for members.
What you'll do...
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and greet members.
Ensure a clean, member-ready area and maintain organized merchandise receiving and stocking.
Manage inventory to avoid out-of-stock and overstock situations.
Drive area performance by utilizing digital tools, managing inventory, and addressing customer needs.
Model high-quality service and products, advocating for the department and the club.
Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.
Complete work assignments and prioritize tasks using policies, data, and resources.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred qualifications include experience with produce and strong communication skills.
