Produce Associate

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide customer service, and work in other areas as needed.
• Be an Expert: Understand and prepare produce according to established standards, ensure product safety, and adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance; use perpetual inventory management techniques; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers; and address customer needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience and demonstrating high-quality service and products.
• Comply with company policies and standards; complete work assignments and prioritize tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
