What you'll do...
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and greet members.
Ensure a clean and member-ready area, receive and stock merchandise, and maintain inventory.
Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates.
Drive performance, eliminate waste, and guide peers while addressing customer needs.
Model high-quality service and products, and exhibit energy and commitment.
Comply with company policies and procedures, and adapt to changes and feedback.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred qualifications include experience with produce and strong communication skills.
