What you'll do...

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and greet members.

• Ensure the area is clean and ready for members.

• Receive and stock merchandise, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.

• Drive performance of the area, utilize digital tools, and eliminate waste.

• Model high-quality service and products, exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.

• Comply with company policies and procedures, and adapt to change.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• A passion for and experience with produce.

• Experience with digital tools.

• Ability to communicate effectively and positively influence team members.
