What you'll do...

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and greet members.

• Ensure a clean and member-ready area, receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining inventory.

• Adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.

• Drive performance, eliminate waste, and guide peers.

• Model high-quality service and products, and exhibit energy and commitment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• A passion for and experience with produce.
• Experience with digital tools and hand-held technology.
• Flexible to changing work scenarios.
