Our members value quality and freshness in their produce purchases. As a produce team member, you play a crucial role in ensuring these qualities are met and enhancing the shopping experience for members.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, collaborate with teams, provide customer service, and adapt to business needs.
• Be an Expert: Understand and prepare produce according to quality standards, follow sanitation guidelines, and adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
• Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools for sales, improving the shopping experience, and engaging associates; use handheld technology for immediate decisions.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance, manage inventory, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, guide peers, and address customer needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, and execute basic tasks at the highest level.
• Comply with company policies and standards, and participate in training and assessments as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with produce.
• Customer service experience.
• Flexibility to work in different areas.
• Out-of-the-box thinking.
