What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, collaborate with teams, provide customer service, and adapt to different work scenarios.
• Be an Expert: Understand produce quality processes and specifications, prepare products according to standards, follow sanitation guidelines, and adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and engage associates; utilize handheld technology for immediate decisions related to production, training, and product quality.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance; use digital tools; manage inventory; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; guide peers; and address customer needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club; model high-quality service and products; execute basics at highest quality; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion; and assist customers according to company policies.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans; use the Open Door Policy; and adapt to changes, difficulties, and feedback.
