What you'll do...
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and greet members.
Ensure a clean and member-ready area by receiving and stocking merchandise.
Manage inventory to avoid out-of-stock and overstock situations.
Drive the performance of the area by using digital tools and managing stock rotation.
Eliminate waste and guide peers while addressing customer needs.
Model high-quality service and products, and exhibit energy and commitment.
Comply with company policies and procedures, and participate in training and development programs.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
A passion for and experience with produce.
Experience with digital tools and technology.
Ability to communicate effectively and positively influence team members.
