Produce Associate

Position Summary

Our members value quality and freshness in their produce purchases. As a produce team member, you play a crucial role in ensuring these qualities by managing availability, cleanliness, and freshness. Your interactions significantly impact the shopping experience, making you a key part of enhancing member satisfaction.

What you'll do...

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates.

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and thanking members, addressing their questions, and maintaining a clean, member-ready area.

• Stock and organize merchandise, maintain inventory, and ensure no out-of-stock or overstock products.

• Drive performance by leading by example, ensuring quality and date control standards, and addressing customer needs.

• Model high-quality service and products, advocating for the department and the club.

• Comply with company policies and procedures, using the Open Door Policy, and adapting to changes and feedback.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Preferred qualifications include experience with produce and strong communication skills.

Pay & Benefits

Competitive hourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00*
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid.
