Your interactions significantly impact the shopping experience, making you a key part of enhancing member satisfaction.
What you'll do...
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and thanking members, addressing their questions, and maintaining a clean, member-ready area.
Stock and organize merchandise, maintain inventory, and ensure no out-of-stock or overstock products.
Drive performance by leading by example, ensuring quality and date control standards, and addressing customer needs.
Model high-quality service and products, advocating for the department and the club.
Comply with company policies and procedures, using the Open Door Policy, and adapting to changes and feedback.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred qualifications include experience with produce and strong communication skills.
Pay & Benefits
Competitive hourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00*
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid.
