What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide customer service, and assist in other areas as needed.
• Be an Expert: Understand and prepare produce according to established standards, maintain product safety, and adhere to company policies.
• Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance, manage inventory, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, and address customer needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, and execute the basics at the highest level of quality.
• Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
