What you'll do...
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and greet members.
Ensure a clean, organized, and member-ready area.
Receive and stock merchandise, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
Understand and prepare produce according to established standards, ensuring quality and safety.
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates.
Drive performance of the area, using digital tools and perpetual inventory management techniques.
Eliminate waste, guide peers, and assist customers according to company policies.
Model high-quality service and products, advocating for the department and the club.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Complete work assignments and prioritize tasks using policies, data, and resources.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
