What you'll do...
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and greet members.
Ensure the area is clean and ready for members.
Receive and stock merchandise efficiently.
Manage inventory to avoid out-of-stock and overstock situations.
Lead by example and guide peers.
Drive the performance of the area and eliminate waste.
Model high-quality service and products.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Complete work assignments and prioritize tasks.
Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
Adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with produce.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with change and adaptable to different work scenarios.
Out-of-the-box thinking and creativity.

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00* with additional compensation in the form of premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
