What you'll do...

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and greet members.

• Maintain a clean, member-ready area and receive & stock merchandise.

• Manage inventory to ensure no out-of-stock or overstock products.

• Drive performance of the area, use digital tools, and eliminate waste.

• Model high-quality service and products, and exhibit energy and commitment.

• Comply with company policies and procedures, and complete work assignments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Preferred qualifications include:

  • A passion for and experience with produce.

  • Experience with digital tools and quick adaptation to different work scenarios.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay & Benefits

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*. Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums. Benefits include health benefits, financial benefits, paid time off, and more. For more information, visit One.Walmart.
