What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide customer service, and adapt to changing work scenarios.
• Be an Expert: Understand and prepare produce according to established standards, ensure product safety, and adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
• Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance; use perpetual inventory management techniques; maintain quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers; and address customer needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club, model high-quality service, and execute the basics at the highest level of quality.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, implement action plans, and apply ethical standards in business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; and carry out tasks.
