What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide customer service.
• Be an Expert: Understand and prepare produce according to established standards, ensuring quality and safety.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, leveraging handheld technology.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance, manage inventory, eliminate waste, and guide peers.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, and exhibit energy and commitment.
• Comply with company policies and standards, completing work assignments and prioritizing tasks.
