What you'll do...
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and greet members.
Ensure a clean, member-ready area and maintain organized merchandise receiving and stocking.
Manage inventory to avoid out-of-stock and overstock situations.
Drive performance of the area, utilize digital tools, and eliminate waste.
Model high-quality service and products, and exhibit energy and commitment.
Comply with company policies and procedures, and adapt to changes.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred qualifications include experience with produce and strong communication skills.
Pay & Benefits
Competitive hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00*
Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums.
