Our members value quality and fresh produce at low costs. As a produce team member, you play a crucial role in ensuring availability, cleanliness, and freshness of produce for members. Your positive attitude and excellent customer service contribute to enhancing the shopping experience.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates, and provide customer service.
• Be an Expert: Understand and prepare produce according to established standards, maintain product safety, and adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance; use digital tools, manage inventory, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, guide peers, and address customer needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and model high-quality service and products; execute the basics at the highest level of quality.
• Comply with company policies and standards; implement action plans, use the Open Door Policy, and adapt to change.

Pay & Benefits

• The hourly wage range is $21.00 to $29.00*

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period
