What you'll do...
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and greet members.
Ensure the area is clean and ready for members.
Receive and stock merchandise efficiently.
Manage inventory to avoid out-of-stock and overstock situations.
Drive performance by leading by example and addressing customer needs.
Model high-quality service and products, advocating for the department.
Comply with company policies and procedures, using the Open Door Policy.
Complete work assignments and prioritize tasks using policies, data, and resources.
Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
A passion for and experience with produce.
Experience with quality assurance and adherence to produce safety standards.
Ability to use digital tools and technology.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work in different areas of the store.
