What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide customer service, and adapt to changing work scenarios.
- Be an Expert: Understand and prepare produce according to established standards, adhere to safety guidelines, and follow relevant laws and regulations.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; utilize handheld technology for immediate decision-making.
- Be an Owner: Drive area performance, manage inventory, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, guide peers, and address customer needs.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, and execute the basics at the highest level of quality.
- Comply with company policies and standards; complete work assignments and prioritize tasks.
