Responsibilities

• Trim to remove fat, skin, defects, or contamination from muscles and tissues
• Support functions in beef processing
• General use of a knife or other tools
• Weigh, label, bag, pack, and box finished product
• Ensure safety and food quality

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older

Qualifications

• Meat processing experience (preferred)
• Previous work experience in food production, manufacturing, or similar environment (preferred)
• Knife experience (preferred)

Pay

$23.65/hr
