Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely production of products.
- Efficiently package and label orders for shipping.
- Adhere to work instructions for the bonding, gluing, and packaging of thermoplastic products.
- Inspect products for defects and report any issues immediately.
- Prioritize work with a sense of urgency based on patient and provider needs, in cooperation with production planning.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures.
- Receive and transfer products through internal software system.
- Generate labels as needed.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and at least 1-year related experience and/or training.
- Capability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Basic math skills and knowledge of units of measure.
- Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- A strong attention to detail and quality-mindedness.
Physical Demands
- Regularly stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
- Sometimes sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Close vision, color vision, and peripheral vision required.
Work Environment
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
