About the role
ECORE is seeking a Procurement Systems Analyst to join their team. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field, and experience in procurement analysis, data analytics, supply chain analytics, or a related role.
Responsibilities
- Analyze procurement and spend data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor performance, savings, compliance, and supplier effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to evaluate industry trends, supplier capabilities, pricing dynamics, and emerging technologies.
- Assess supplier performance and supply chain risks, including quality, financial stability, and external market factors.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to improve processes and support business objectives.
- Provide analytical support for strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management activities.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts through data analysis, automation opportunities, and process optimization.
- Support S&OP and SIOP processes by developing and managing metrics that align production, sales, operations, and supply chain needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, Epicor, Coupa, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract management principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in procurement analysis, data analytics, supply chain analytics, or a related role.
- Relevant certifications in procurement, supply chain, or data analytics are a plus.
