Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet organizational needs and budget constraints.
- Process purchase orders and optimize inventory levels to prevent overstocking, shortages, and inefficient reordering.
- Maintain accurate records and track expenditures, ensuring procurement activities remain within financial parameters.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to assess the feasibility of small to medium-scale purchases or long-term contracts.
- Support supplier performance by resolving disputes or quality issues promptly and measuring performance.
- Co-Lead supplier relationship management (SRM), measure performance, and drive value creation.
- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate reliable suppliers.
- Sourcing goods and services to ensure the best combination of quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Maintain a robust supplier base to ensure consistent availability of required goods.
- Enhance procurement diversity by establishing relationships with diverse suppliers.
- Leverage data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to assess supplier performance, track trends, and improve procurement strategies.
- Implement tools, reports, and supplier KPIs to enhance procurement efficiency, improve follow-up, and support fact-based decision-making.
- Partner with IT and procurement leadership to support approved automation, dashboard, and AI-enabled improvement opportunities across procurement and supplier management.
- Oversee procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and activity tracking.
- Resolve operational issues such as billing discrepancies, freight adjustments, and insufficient data.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and achieve savings.
- Support complex Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, analyze spend data and market trends, and support strategic decision-making.
- Support category managers by acting as a secondary liaison between procurement strategy and business stakeholders.
- Educate teams on procurement strategies, tools, and solutions to ensure alignment and performance.
- Regularly engage with internal customers to drive satisfaction, continuous improvement, and alignment.
- Provide updates to senior management, influencing decision-making and procurement policies.
- Support our print leadership teams
- Support and co-implement global supply chain strategies for assigned categories, driving significant financial benefits.
- Support supplier reviews, scorecards, sustainability projects, and supplier innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, product development, HR, legal, and operations teams, to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications

- Strong knowledge and experience in project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Science, Business, or related fields (equivalent experience considered).
- Understanding of CPSM and Six Sigma are a plus.
- Experience using AI, automation, analytics, or reporting tools to improve procurement workflows is strongly preferred.
- 4–6 years of procurement experience, including supplier negotiations, contract management, and category strategy development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP/procurement systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, Enterprise Print Management System (EPMS), Power BI, and related reporting tools.
- Financial acumen and experience with supplier relationship management.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (10–15%).
