About the role

The successful candidate will manage the procurement process for the company, ensuring efficient sourcing and delivery of goods and services. They will work closely with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and manage supplier contracts
  • Research and evaluate potential vendors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers
  • Monitor and control procurement costs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet business needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of procurement experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry standards

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using procurement software
  • Understanding of supply chain management principles
  • Experience with contract management systems
