Responsibilities
- Order glass and parts needed to complete auto and flat service requests.
- Ensure all supplies are kept in stock.
- Check in and verify receipt of parts needed to complete service requests.
- Schedule and ensure completion of all fabrication of products completed in house.
- Coordinate with all locations to ensure all parts are received and placed where needed.
- Receive incoming calls and walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Give bids, follow up with customers, and perform record-keeping functions.
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints.
- Assist with efficient scheduling and routing of service professionals to help meet sales goals.
- Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions.
Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma; college degree preferred.
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Professional appearance and personality.
- Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
- Must be self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
- Prior procurement, dispatching, and/or sales experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus.

Pay
$15 - $30 per hour with bonuses, depending upon experience, performance, and ability.
