Responsibilities

• Order glass and parts needed to complete auto and flat service requests.
• Ensure all supplies are kept in stock.
• Check in and verify receipt of parts needed to complete service requests.
• Schedule and ensure completion of all fabrication of products completed in house.
• Coordinate with all locations to ensure all parts are received and placed where needed.
• Receive incoming calls and walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Give bids, follow up with customers, and perform record-keeping functions.
• Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints.
• Assist with efficient scheduling and routing of service professionals to help meet sales goals.
• Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and personality.
• Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
• Must be self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
• Prior procurement, dispatching, and/or sales experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus.

Pay

$15 - $30 per hour with bonuses, depending upon experience, performance, and ability.
