Procurement Specialist

Role: The Procurement Senior Specialist manages category spend through strategic sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and supplier relationship management. Responsibilities: Execute sourcing activities (RFIs, RFPs), conduct market research, support cost analysis and reporting, onboard suppliers, manage contracts, monitor performance metrics, and lead process improvements. Build strong relationships across the organization to achieve category goals, reduce risks, and optimize costs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field. 2-5 years of procurement or relevant experience. Skills in Microsoft Office, SAP/ERP systems, commercial negotiations, data analysis, and strategic sourcing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Key Duties: Drive sourcing events, analyze market trends, support savings initiatives, ensure contract compliance, and manage risk. Develop and execute long-term category strategies, influence stakeholders, and deliver results aligned with performance targets. Working Conditions: Hybrid role with on-site presence as needed, up to 25% travel, and some overtime.
