About the role
Location: Hershey, PA. Contract position, 1 year duration. Onsite work model.
Responsibilities
- Support procurement processes and supplier relationships leveraging procurement and finance knowledge
- Ensure contracts, SOWs, NDAs, etc., are well executed and maintained throughout their life cycle
- Facilitate contract renewals, terminations, and amendments
- Collaborate with internal partners to provide guidance and support for procurement and contracting excellence
- Assist with oversight of commercial contracts and legal agreements, including limited supplier negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or in progress, with a minimum of three years of experience in procurement
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite; ERP experience is a plus
- Ability to support procurement activities and stakeholder needs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in contract management
Pay
$30–$35.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
