Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFP, RFQ, and RFI development and execution adhering to strict deadlines and key project dates
- Analyze supplier pricing, cost models, and total cost of ownership
- Support or lead contract negotiations in partnership with Legal and business stakeholders
- Evaluate supplier proposals and develop award recommendations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and sourcing strategies
- Manage supplier relationships and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contractual obligations
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers
- Draft agreements based on the Request for Proposal Requirements and Vendor’s Proposal
- Assist with onboarding new vendors
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

- Familiarity with procurement best practices and sourcing methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels
- Possess strong, effective presentation skills
- Must possess a high degree of confidentiality
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible and cooperative
- Strong Analytical Mindset with excellent negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Exhibit strong computer skills, proficient in Windows applications, Microsoft Excel, Teams and Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree in business finance or the equivalent of 4-5 years of Business Finance or Materials Management experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist, Purchasing Agent, Buyer, or equivalent
- Experience with ERP or procurement systems (SAP Preferred)
- Experience drafting and managing RFP for a large variety of products/services and supplier evaluations
- Experience supporting or leading contract negotiations

Additional Working Conditions/Aspects
- Ability to travel between offices, as required
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must successfully complete pre-employment testing
