Role Responsibilities
- Processes purchase requisitions, purchase change orders and requests for quotes to suppliers.
- Works with requestors to determine lowest total procurement cost based on functional and delivery requirements.
- Works with suppliers to correct cost and performance variance.
- Reviews purchase orders, receipts, and invoices, and corrects discrepancies.
- Issues requests for quote (RFQ) from existing and new suppliers.
- Issues purchase orders and ensures compliance with company policy.
- Issues and maintains recurring supply and service purchase orders, including invoice reconciliation and approval.
- Analyzes market trends and applies this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions.
- Manages multiple projects collaboratively and independently.
- Displays excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated procurement experience with indirect sourcing in the semiconductor industry.
- Software proficiency: Oracle, Excel, MS Office, MRP, PowerPoint.
Pay
The annual base pay range for this position is $63,273 to $95,000.
