Procurement Specialist

About the role

Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice procurement vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance. Insight local market and can output the report for ICT market. Cost analysis and can calculate the target price.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, evaluating, and selecting vendors capable of providing the best value, reliability, and quality
• Securing favorable pricing, delivery terms, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Executing Requests for Quotations (RFQs), issuing Purchase Orders (POs), and tracking inventory levels
• Monitoring supplier performance, resolving delivery or defect issues, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards
• Review contracts and agreements for compliance clauses and regulatory implications
• Monitor for policy violations, investigations, and incident trends
• Prepare clear, concise reports for senior leadership and the board as needed

Qualifications

Experience: 5 years

Education: Bachelor of Supply Chain Management
