Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support our global activity, with a strong focus on Corporate Services and other indirect categories. This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Security, Legal, and other internal teams to drive cost efficiency, supplier performance, and value creation while ensuring compliance with company policies and US market regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and lead multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
• Formulate requests for proposal/quotations/information, conduct bid analysis, tenders, and risk evaluations.
• Coordinate preparation of RFPs and Statements of Work (SoW).
• Lead cross-functional teams through competitive bidding processes, direct supplier negotiations, and develop, evaluate, and select suppliers in accordance with company policies.
• Strategically source services and goods using a variety of methods to ensure an uninterrupted supply.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to provide goods/services at costs consistent with budgetary expectations.
• Negotiate contracts to minimize operational, legal, and financial risks; collaborate with internal and external legal counsel as applicable.
• Analyze trends and make corresponding sourcing decisions.
• Participate in meetings with suppliers to rectify issues and ensure they meet requirements and expectations.
• Perform work according to department KPI goals and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional procurement experience, with mandatory expertise in corporate services (Security, telecom, cleaning and maintenance, etc.), HR services, professional services, and a strong understanding of the associated service categories.
• Proven expertise in procurement processes, negotiation skills, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Solid knowledge of business and third-party services purchasing, with a strong commercial focus on project-based contracts and service requirements.
• Experience working in a high-performance, complex organizational environment with multiple systems and stakeholders, including compliance, safety, quality, and environmental management.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Self-motivated professional with excellent planning, project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, including advanced use of Excel and the full Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with the ZIP procurement system is preferred.

Pay

Base Compensation Range: $110,000—$140,000 USD
