About the role

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the procurement process by ensuring timely purchasing within established authority and approval levels. In this role, you will monitor orders, follow up with vendors, and help ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.

  • Ensure timely purchasing within established authority and approval levels
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
  • Monitor orders and follow up with vendors
  • Help ensure on-time delivery of materials and services
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with external vendors
  • Deliver exemplary customer service through interactions with others

Requirements

  • Associate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Proficiency with using eProcurement or eSourcing tools (desired)
  • Relevant industry experience (desired)
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record (desired)
